At 71, I’ve learned that sacred rage can be a holy threshold—where silence breaks and truth rises.

I will not return harm for harm, nor will I align with hate; my core is love, as my Lord calls me to be.

If someone is hurting, I will offer what feels right in the moment, because love serves, and hate never will.
