Angel Daily Plan A

First:

Before opening your eyes use your mind’s eye to see if any colors or images remain. Then see if you remember any dreams.

Write any of this down.

Second:

Stretch it out…big….like you’re reaching for the sun. You can do it either laying on your back, sitting up or standing after you get out of bed.

Third:

Make your bed. Chaos eliminator at its finest.

Fourth:

Drink a glass of water as soon as you get up. Then drink another mid-morning, at lunch, mid-afternoon and at dinner. It flushes the crap out and hydrates for an optimal day.

Fifth:

Walk when you get up…build it into your morning wake up routine…minimum of 20 minutes. While you walk think about what you’re grateful for, think about a positive activity you’ll accomplish today, and call in your Angel(s) for assistance.

Sixth:

Quiet quitting….when you’re scheduled to be done with your main focus/work for the day walk away - quit. Find something fun to do for the next half hour to an hour.

Angel Daily Plan B

First:

As soon as you open your eyes find the sun. Close your eyes and feel it on your face. Maintain silence for a full minute.

If cloudy close your eyes and imagine the feel of the sun.

Second:

Stretch and do stretch yoga. You can find videos online. Gets your blood flowing.

  • DRINK WATER

Third:

Eat a healthy breakfast. Plan it the night before.

[Don’t make any important decisions.

Fourth:

Engage in self-talk while you’re getting ready for the day.

Some days…make a new goal.

Fifth:

Every day gift yourself with good hygiene and healthy snacks. Your mind and body will thank you for it.

Sixth:

Get outside at least once a day as well as talking to a friend even if it’s just briefly. Make those connections.

Angel Daily Plan C

First:

Before you open your eyes assess your emotions. Hopeful, apprehensive, positive, negative. If negative call in Gabriel and Chamuel to turn that around.

Second:

After hopping out of bed engage your body in some isometrics to get blood flowing and metabolism revved up.

  • DRINK WATER

Third:

As you’re eating a healthy morning feast read a stimulating article or book chapter.

Fourth:

Settling into your day remind yourself of your value as often as necessary throughout the day.

Fifth:

Schedule a time everyday to get outside for a minimum of 15 minutes. It’ll be better if you can enjoy movement as part of that time.

Sixth:

At least 3 times a week call a friend or family member and chat for a minimum of 20 minutes.

Angel Evening Plan A

After Dinner:

Drink another glass of water.

Next:

Walk for 7-15 minutes.

Follow that with:

At a minimum - washing your face and rinsing it in cool water. A shower or soaking bath is really good.

Next up:

Stretch standing up like you did this morning…and follow that by shaking like a pooch.

Get ready:

Find a good belly laughing comedy show, comedian, movie, etc. Whatever you have time for.

Finally:

Thank your Angel(s) for your day. Then put on some Angel Sounds and drift off.

Angel Evening Plan B

After Dinner:

Take a tech break. Put phones, tablets, etc. in a drawer.

Except keep out the one that will allow you to play music…soothing music.

Next:

While listening to the music creatively journal. Think about what you want to capture and then put a creative spin on it. Maybe it takes on a sci-fi angle or an Elizabethan tone. Get funky with it.

  • DRINK WATER

Follow that with:

Prep for the next day - food, clothes, even a simple goal.

Next up:

Take care of your skin even you guys. There’s something about clean, tingley skin that makes you smile.

Enjoy a cup of Chamomile tea while you’re doing it.

Getting ready;

Regulate your sleep with consistent doze off and wake-up times.

Finally:

Thank your Angel(s) for your day focusing all of the positive moments of your day.

Then drift off with a smile.

Good-night…….

Angel Evening Plan C

After Diner:

Review your day and assess your current emotions. As you did in the morning call in Gabriel and Chamuel if you’re not optimal.

Next:

Once you have your emotions balanced dance…for a minimum of 10 minutes. Great for your sleep.

  • DRINK WATER

Follow that with:

Pull up your favorite podcast. Listen until you feel your mind starting to wander then shut it down.

Next up:

To focus your mind on your upcoming slumber meditate to block out your day and bring you into total mind body relaxation.

Getting ready;

As you complete your meditation remember those who brought a smile to your face today.

Finally:

Thank your Angel(s).

Then drift off into dreamland.
